He really took the time to listen to what we wanted, gave helpful suggestions, and guided us through each step without ever making it feel overwhelming. Sam made sure every accessory matched perfectly — it was pure attention to detail, and it really shows in the final result.

From my first contact with Sam through to the finished job Hills Tiles & Bathrooms where total professionals. Renovations can be a hideous mess of undiscovered problems, but with the right team on the job Sam & Ali & Zee where easily able to bring the bathroom and laundry renovation up to the present building codes, not with standing moving walls and doorways. Nothing was a problem and they happily worked around our family needs.
I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for bathroom and or laundry renovation.

We went out for several quotes for our large bathroom renovation. Sam at HTK&B has a wonderful demeanor by giving us plenty of time and options for the fittings without being pushy. Sam's prices for tiles, vanity, shower and other fitting were the best without compromise on quality. His team of staff and subcontractors did a great job and were very accommodating because we could not have them working every day in the week. Some days of 11 hours, some Saturdays, very flexible. Always tidy and clean workmanship. 4 (!) layers of waterproofing. I don't normally do reviews but this was worth it. Highly recommended.

We approached Sam at Hills Tiles Kitchen & Bathrooms in their showroom with some very vague ideas of what we wanted in terms of tiles and shower for our little ensuite bathroom project.
After some great advice and taking us through several options, we walked out with everything decided, with a plan to call back once the space was ready to waterproof, tile, and install the shower screen.
Cut ahead to the end of construction, we're very happy with the results as per the pictures.
Would absolutely recommend to anyone for bathroom renovation projects.

We couldn’t be happier with the amazing job Sam and the team did renovating our laundry. From start to finish, they were professional, friendly, and incredibly accommodating. We got our bathroom and laundry remodelled into two bathrooms and a laundry. Sam and his boys had a good look at the job. It involved knocking down solid brick walls and making new walls etc. Their quotation was comparable with others but they gave us a good feel. Additionally the fact that they provided every thing and saved us a lot of running around for various things to buy etc was a winner for them.
Anyway, the job started on time and took the time initially told to us. The workmanship of Ali, Zia and others along with the sub contractors they used for plumbing, electrical, shower screen etc was beyond question. I have never seen the kind of waterproofing they have done, before. I can live in peace that the water proofing is never going to fail.
My dealings with Sam were very professional and affirmative. He was always accommodating to our requests for changes. He had to change our choice for toilets and shower station a few times to suit us.
In the end, I can say that if anyone asks me for a recommendation, I will always recommend them. We had a really pleasing experience with them. A job very well done.

Sam and team did an excellent job of our bathroom and laundry renovations. They were patient and very responsive throughout the process. With any apartment renovation, there’s always uncertainties and challenges (e.g. managing common property, access) but they were able to navigate this professionally and always find a solution.
